Prior to founding Alchemy Plastics, Inc., Christopher Molke was a Director of new products for Vancouver-based PMC-Sierra (NASDAQ: PMCS) where he successfully rolled-out the company's first integrated chip for advanced home media routers and gateways. Previously, Mr. Molke spent 10 years with AT&T (NYSE:ATT) where he is credited with the creation of the Services over IP strategy and development of the next generation Service Deliver Platform. As Executive Director of product management, he delivered the suite of Managed Application Services which is comprised of portfolios in Collaboration, Media and Software as a Service. He has managed turnkey sales regions with more than 120 people and $150 million in revenues. He has worked around the world creating unique partnerships with the leading software developers, system integrators, chip and equipment manufactures. Before AT&T, Christopher was able to experience a diverse background from multiple industries including, medical equipment, commercial lines insurance and textiles. He received his BA degree from the University of St. Thomas: MN, and a MBA degree in Finance from Farleigh-Dickinson University NJ.

Mike brings over 18 years of experience in the magnetic overlay striping business, assistance in Research and Development for new customer products and technical support for ISO/IEC magnetic and card manufacturing criteria. Before Mike joined forces with Alchemy Plastics to open and run their new consumable manufacturing facility in Tucson, he worked for JCP Enterprises, Inc. in Northern Nevada as the Director of Manufacturing and R&D. Mike recently retired from that company and moved back to his home town of Tucson, AZ. Mike is recognized industry wide with having extensive knowledge of magnetic striped overlay on multiple media types and their various manufacturing processes. Mike will add expertise in being able to facilitate a more extensive array of product choices for Alchemy Plastics’ customers. Mike also brings a broad knowledge of the magnetic card industry in general which allows him to offer valuable technical support in the use of these products. Mike attended the University of Arizona and University of Phoenix where he obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Mike is available for technical support on customers’ magnetic card issues as well as helping Alchemy Plastics customers with their magnetic striping needs.

Carlos J. Caceres joined Alchemy Plastics Inc. to develop, expand and manage the sales activities of the company in Latin American markets. Carlos has a BFA degree in Graphic Arts from the University of Texas at Austin, and started his career working with several printing companies and advertising agencies. He owned a Screen Printing company and later sold it to a major competitor, who hired him as Sales Manager.
After serving as Export Manager and International Sales Manager for several major companies working in Latin America, Carlos was hired in 1999 by CFC International (Chicago Heights, IL) to develop and manage the sales of their transferable coatings, film laminates, holographic films, magnetic stripes, scratch-off foils, and other highly specialized coatings and products used as security and/or decorative purposes, in the fabrication of security and authentication holograms, I.D. and transaction cards, phone and gift cards, secure documents, labels and packaging.
In 2007, Carlos was contracted by JDSU-Flex Group (Santa Rosa, CA) to research the commercial viability of their specialty pigments in decorative and security authentication applications in Latin American markets and in 2008 Carlos joined Optimum Card Solutions (Addison, IL), a High-speed Service Bureau designed specifically for the manufacturing and processing of gift card programs.
Born in Lima, Peru, Carlos is a naturalized American Citizen, and is able to speak English, Spanish and Portuguese. He brings to Alchemy Plastics Inc. a vast and successful experience in business development responsibilities in the card manufacturing industry, based on his professional accomplishments and on his personal understanding of the Latin American culture as well.

Juan Pablo brings to Alchemy a family history with over 40 years of experience in the plastic card manufacturing industry. He has a strong background of customer relations, as well as sales and client acquisitions. Previously, JP worked for a reputable law firm for 5 years as the Sales Manager, in which he directed financial programs for his department. He was formally trained in Barcelona, Spain for his expertise in overlays and magnetics. Born in Argentina, JP speaks four languages: Spanish, English, Portuguese and Italian, in which the first two he is fluent in.
